Stopping mental health struggles before they start.
Most workplace mental health support is reactive, stepping in when someone is already struggling. Our Working Well Programme is different. We help you identify and address mental health risks before they impact your people, performance, and retention.
As part of our EAP offering, this programme provides role-specific mental health support, tailored to the real demands your employees and volunteers face day to day.
We analyse your job roles to identify where mental health support is most likely to be needed before issues arise. No staff surveys, no disruption, just a focused assessment of role demands.
