How Many Sessions Do You Offer?
This very much depends on each individuals needs and how they want to approach therapy.
For those who are looking for Focussed Counselling to target current, less complex, and specific concerns, this can usually be accomplished in two to three sessions.
For those who are coming with much more complex, historic, or long-standing and current issues, it is usually beneficial to have ten sessions to give enough time and space to address those issues.
What is High-Intensity Counselling?
High-Intensity Counselling refers to focused and structured psychological therapy that is more intensive, longer, and more personalised than low-intensity support. It’s commonly used within mental health and specialist counselling services when someone needs deeper therapeutic work for moderate to severe difficulties.
